I am getting Access Denied / Blocked by Anti-virus errors, what do I do?

This article describes what these errors mean, how to resolve them, and how to report them.

It may seem a bit unnerving to try accessing our website at www.yogainternational.com and being greeted by a different page that claims that our website is suspicious or potentially malicious.

We can assure you with 100% confidence that there is no threat of data loss, or the possibility of downloading viruses when accessing Yoga International.

What to do when this message comes up

When you see this page come up, just take a second and breathe.

You can continue to our site by clicking a button that would typically say something similar to "Click here if this website is safe" or similarly to the image above "Click here if you believe that this page is blocked by mistake".

Update your virus protection database

Another useful thing to not only allow access back to our page, but to also protect you further would be to update your virus protection software often.

New viruses are created and unleashed every single day, make sure that your anti-virus protection software is running and up to date! Not only will it protect you as you continue to access the web, but some older versions of anti-virus may flag certain sites as untrustworthy. If you update your software, they may no longer give you issues as you try to access your favorite pages.

I've tried all of that, and I still get an issue

If you are still being denied access to Yoga International, and nothing seems to work, it's advised to write a report to our Customer Support Team at support@yogainternational.com

Make sure to include in your email any and all details that you can think of.

This would include information such as:

  • What anti-virus software you are running
  • A screenshot of the error message
  • Make sure to mention that you've tried the steps above
  • When this issue started happening
  • Write down details of every error message that you can
  • The device you are using
  • And any information that you think would be useful

An agent will respond to your message between 1 -2 business days, and they will help handle your response.
