Canceling your website subscription from the App:

If the membership page on your Mobile App does not have a cancel button, but a "Learn about canceling your membership" link, this means you signed up through our website.

You must log into your account directly from the website or mobile website, and you will see the cancel button.

To effectively cancel your membership, you must complete the cancel path as seen in the Cancel Membership article.
