Cancelling your website subscription from the App:

If you log into your membership settings page from your Mobile App and you do not see a cancel button but a "Learn about cancelling your membership" link; this means you signed up directly through our website.

You must log into your account directly from the website or mobile website; then you will see the cancel button. In order to effectively cancel your membership you must complete the cancel path as seen in the Cancel Membership article.
