Our Help Center provides 24/7 Self Service, or you can reach out to a team member if you're not finding what you need on your own. All you need to do is click the blue chat icon on any page in the bottom right corner of our website or app. Our response time is typically within 24 hours or less.

We're here Monday through Friday, 9 am -5 pm EST. No worries if you write to us over the weekend - we will see your message on Monday morning.

  • If your question requires some troubleshooting on our end, instead of waiting on hold or for a callback, you can continue your day while we work to find you a resolution.

  • You can check in with us any time by clicking the "see all your conversations" link in the chat.

  • Technical issues are often best solved with visual aids. The chat allows us to send screenshots, files, and more!

  • Record keeping. The chat keeps all of our interactions with you super organized. If you reach back out, we can pick up right where we left off; no repeating yourself even if you work with a different team member. We've already got all the information!
