Getting a hold of our Customer Support team has never been easier!  In an effort to provide the quickest response time and ease of use we have moved all of our support options to our site. Now all you need to do is use the chat icon in the bottom right corner on any page of the site and we'll respond as soon as possible.

We are not able to offer telephone support and also no longer offer email responses, however our team is happy to respond to any support you need in our chat. Our team's business hours are M-F 9am to 5pm EST and our response time during a typical work day is usually within a few hours. We may have longer response times depending on the volume of support requests, time of day, or day of the week. We also offer a large library of self service options in our Help Center as well for support while you wait. We are always happy to help and look forward to helping you get the most out of your membership!
