We're grateful to partner with such incredible teachers to bring you an extensive catalog of courses, challenges, and premium training to help you grow deeper in your practice.

Member Courses and Challenges

One of the best benefits of being a member is our extensive "members only" catalog. These workshop-style offerings help deepen your connection to and understanding of your practice. They cover various topics and range from just an hour of content to several hours, depending on the material.

There is no limit to how often you can view them while your membership is active. There is no additional cost associated with this content.

Click here to navigate to the Member Courses menu.

Click here to navigate to the Member Challenges menu.

Premium Training

Premium training offers you in-depth knowledge on a specific topic. Some, such as iRest, Y12SR, or Warriors at Ease, also allow you to take a step toward becoming certified for a particular program.

Premium training is not included in your membership and is available for purchase. There is no limit to how often you can view the material once purchased, even with a free account.

Click here to navigate to the Premium Training menu.

All courses and training qualify for non-contact Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) through Yoga Alliance. Getting credit for these study hours is as easy as logging into your Yoga Alliance account and entering the hours after you've completed the course or training. For more information on continuing education credits, view this article.

Note: your certificate will reflect the date you download the certificate, not the date you complete the course. There is no way to backdate the certificates.
