Your Yoga International membership is no commitment and may be cancelled at any time. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
To cancel your membership, log in to your account and visit the Membership section under Account Settings. Find the My Membership section and click the link "Cancel membership" to fill out your cancelation form (please see images below). Once you complete all steps the cancelation process, your membership will be canceled at the end of your current billing period and your membership status will immediately reflect that you're set to cancel. Please note: Changing your credit card number or expiration date won’t cancel your account. All four of the major credit card companies will often update payment information for recurring payments. To effectively cancel your membership please follow our cancellation path.
Cancelling your website subscription from the App:
If when you log into your membership settings page from your app and you do not see a cancel button but a "Learn about cancelling your membership" link; this means you must log into your account directly from the website and cancel using the "cancel" button. In order to effectively cancel your membership you must complete the cancel path as seen above.
TV AND MOBILE APP CANCELLATION PROCESS:
If you signed up for your Yoga International membership through one of the TV or mobile apps, you must manage your subscriptions through that specific platform. Yoga International does not have the ability to cancel your membership through these apps. To avoid being billed, you must cancel your membership through the specific app store used to sign up.

If when you log into your membership settings you are not given the option to cancel or you don't see any other informative messages/links, this means the email address you've logged in with, is linked to a free basic account.
Since there is no payment associated with these accounts, you will not see the option to cancel your monthly payment when logged in. For more information about our basic accounts, please see our What is a Basic Account? FAQ.
If you are being billed and see a Basic Account reflected when logging in, this means you are not logged in with the email address linked to your paid membership or may have signed up using the mobile or TV apps. Please log in with the correct email address linked to your paid membership.
Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially or unused periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. Payments for any purchased course are also nonrefundable, including courses not fully completed.
In Lieu of refunds; at any time, and for any reason, we may extend your membership access or apply applicable discounts or other consideration for some or all of our members. The amount and form of such extensions or discounts, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of extensions, discounts and other considerations in one instance does not entitle you to the same considerations in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide them in the future, under any circumstance.
